The Atascadero Lakeside Wine Festival will showcase 80 wineries in addition to culinary pairings, live music and distinguished artists featuring a collaborative showcase. The exhibits are high quality adding to the ambiance of the Lakeside Wine Festival.

Ryan Adams
Born in 1971, Ryan Adams is a 5th generation SLO County native. His passion for art, as seen through pencil drawings, was evident early on. Graduating from Atascadero in 1989, Adams traveled north to study photography and painting at HSU. After 20 years of acrylic painting, Ryan has returned home to establish A-Town Art Gallery.
Sean Adams
Sean Adams aka “The Tiki Man” has been creative in one way or another since childhood, always whittling, painting or working with clay. While visiting a friend he learned to carve with a chain saw and started to make Tiki pieces. He usually starts with an idea and lets the saw in his hands take over. The faces carves on the tiki are always smiling and happy subjects.
George Asdel
George Asdel makes drawings, paintings, lino prints, cards, and poems expressing the humor he sees in the world. He and his wife Kathie have had galleries in Newfoundland, Canada and Pismo Beach. Curt Bentzinger
Curt Bentzinger’s unique vision and artistic style has earned him the reputation for being one of the most respected photographers in the Paso Robles community. His ability to capture the moment and highlight genuine beauty such as events, people, and nature, has brought the much needed modern twist to photography. Because of his deep passion for photography the result is authentic and timeless photographs that showcase symbolic beauty.
Pat Cairns
Award winning artist Pat Cairns works in aqua media (watercolor and acrylic) as well as incorporating collage into her paintings. Cairns’ subjects include figurative, landscape and abstract work with strong designs, bold contrasts and a sense of drama. Cairns is a signature member of 7 watercolor societies and has won numerous awards. Her work is collected nationally.
Jim Carlisle
Jim Carlisle currently works in oils and watercolors, usually figurative style, focused on people and animals within landscapes. He graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 1961 with a Bachelor’s in Fine Arts. He has two masters level degrees. His works have won awards and grace many homes and businesses.
Marcos Cisneros
Marcos Cisneros started learning wood working as a boy, taught by his father. The AM Wood Shop in Atascadero, has become a outlet for their passion. Crafting limited edition, furniture, art, frames, and sculptures. Sharing their craft with the community and people around them. Wood - Art – Passion
Traci Di Vita
Tracy Di Vita has always been interested in art and after working as an accountant she became an artist full time in 2000. Her primary mediums are oil painting and drawing, and her subjects include portraits (people and pet), western art, life drawing, still life and plein air landscapes. She teaches drawing and painting to teens and adults in group and private lessons in her Atascadero studio.
Gene Elsdon
Gene Elsdon works from home overlooking oak-covered hills of Atascadero. He taught biology, coached, and served as Assistant Principal at Atascadero High School. Upon retirement, he began painting. “My painting is realistic, but not photographic. I use the camera for composition, but rework the painting to satisfy my mood and viewpoint. The mixing, flow, and pontaneous color combinations of watercolor contribute to my unique style.”
Margrete Koreska
Growing up in Denmark, Margrete Korseka was fascinated by her father’s passion for Plein Air painting. She studied interior design in Canada and took art classes in Southern California. She was inspired by artists and the natural settings of Vancouver Island and later the charm and beauty of Paso Robles. She paints in oil, acrylic and mixed media and she experiments with the evolution from realism to abstract painting.

In Paula Schroeder’s Oriental Brush paintings, she uses her hands to engage her heart. The smell of ink and the feel of brushes on rice paper connects her with artists going back thousands of years and transports her to a timeless place of calm and beauty. Three Springs Handwork
Hand lathe turned wood art, display and functional items. Michael Rude creates a variety of wood pieces such as hollow forms, vases, decorative natural-edge bowls and boxes, as well as many sizes of functional salad bowls. He primarily use locally harvested woods.
Terez Tyni
Self-taught artist Terez Tyni has achieved considerable recognition for her vivid color and bold, spirited style. Fascinated by color relationships and movement over detail, Terez work infuses a strong sense of rhythm and balance. Throughout her various entrepreneurial endeavors, she continually wielded a paintbrush, initially exploring the world of watercolor before discovering her current passion for painting outside.
John Grijalva
John Grijalva moved to the North County in 1987. He and his wife lived here and raised their kids until 2005 when they moved to the Big Island of Hawaii. With the awe inspiring beauty of the Hawaiian Islands and the the people, he had to start painting again. Upon viewing his artwork, his friends told him that he should be showing his work, so here he is, painting and loving it and sharing it.
